Introduction to European standard electric single-beam bridge crane

MATE-LD series electric single-beam bridge crane adopts European design standards and is a new type of crane designed for low workshops and high lifting height requirements. Its technology is advanced and the design is based on European standards: FEM working level is M5. Electric single-beam bridge cranes are widely used in various workshops and warehouses with low clearance but large lifting height. Such as parts manufacturing workshops, automobile manufacturing, mechanical processing, warehouses, transfer equipment, heavy material transfer, etc.

Main Beam

■   Adopt box beam, submerged arc automatic welding, non-destructive detection arc meets and exceeds national standards.

■   High-quality carbon steel Q235B or Q355B or Q355E.

Drive Mechanism

■   The operating mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive system of motor, reducer and brake to achieve three-in-one drive and improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.

■   The motor adopts a three-phase AC variable frequency motor.

■   The reducer adopts a hardened gear reducer.

■   The brake adopts an electromagnetic brake, and asbestos-free brake pads and brake discs are used.

Wheel Part

■   The wheel is made of 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel, and the overall quenching and tempering treatment is high in hardness, wear resistance and long life.

■   It has the characteristics of high hardness, strong bearing capacity, wear resistance and long life.

■   The bearing adopts self-aligning bearings.

■   Adopts angle round box and buffer device.

■   Modular design to meet the needs of various customers.

Electrical system

■   The running speed, micro speed and double speed of the crane can be adjusted by the frequency converter.

■   It has the advantages of stable walking and lifting operation and small inertia.

■   The control box is reasonably designed and easy to maintain.

■   High protection level, up to IP55.

■   The main power supply is optional.

Protective device

■   Protective cover and guardrail are provided to prevent the hook from hitting the top device.
